At this virtual event you will have the opportunity to attend live sessions, interact with colleagues and participate in some engaging and fun activities. There will even be a virtual exhibition hall where you can ‘stroll around’ to find out about countries’ initiatives, download articles, watch videos and talk to the “stand hosts” who can answer any of your questions on the topic. The Kick Off F22 event will conclude with the annual Awards Ceremony where your achievements and our Cochlear heroes will be celebrated for their efforts.

You will hear live from Dig Howitt, CEO & President, and Anthony Bishop, President APAC & Latin America, highlighting our key achievements and results for F21 as well as looking into F22 prospects and plans. Stu Sayers, CFO, will present on the F21 financial result and F22 plans. Dig, AB and Stu will also run a live Q&A session, so you will have an opportunity to ask your questions and learn more about APAC future plans.
During the plenary you will also hear short interviews from our Executive & Leadership team members and see introduction videos from a numbers of country teams. We also have a surprise motivational guest speaker joining us! Who do you think it will be?
On Plenary Day 2, you will have an opportunity to hear more from the Executive & Leadership team members, along with introduction videos from the country teams.
Plenary Day 2 will feature a live APAC Leadership team panel discussion, focusing on strategic and business shaping plans. This live session will again allow you to ask your questions and learn more about Cochlear’s future plans.
During Kick Off F22 you will have an opportunity to watch four Ted Talks driven by the APAC Product Marketing Team.
Each Ted Talk will focus on a “hot” topic in our product portfolio and you will not want to miss it!
Country Sessions will deep dive into a number of diverse topics from new products to the upgrades journey discussions. Country Sessions will be specific for each country team and will be rotated, so the country teams will complete up to 3 or 4 sessions.
These sessions will be run in a live format, encouraging you to learn and actively participate.
Ever wondered what your colleagues in other countries are doing to drive success? Visit the Exhibit Hall and wander through the nine booths to learn what your colleagues in other countries have executed in market and understand what you can leverage to achieve your goals in F22 and beyond. You can collect useful documents, chat with your peers and learn about their best practice as well as see what P&C, The Sales Excellence Team and R&D are working on to drive success.
Any hard work deserves a good rest. To help you take a break in between the sessions, you will be welcomed to join the Lounge.
Here you will have an opportunity to chat live to your colleagues in groups as well as one-to-one, learn news, have a laugh and....take a picture in our photobooth!
The culmination of Kick Off F22 will be the Awards Ceremony. The event will be streamed live from Sydney and will be hosted by Anna O’Shea and our celebrity guest. Who do you think it will be?
The Awards Ceremony will show case the nominations and winners for F21 results where our people will be celebrated! And we will also find out about the Kick Off F22 competition results (Yes! There will be a competition too during this 3 days event!).
